This training is designed to develop a persons ability to be a great 1 on 1 player. It is extremely important for a player participating in AAU basketball to know how to create separation for shots, be able to beat their opponent in a one-on-one match up, and know how to finish strong around the rim. If you are ready to go to the next level, then 1 on 1 skills training is for you. Learn how to read the defender, and perfect your jump shot. The workouts are intense and should only be attended by players who are serious about improving their level of play. It is important that players understand that they will be pushed physically and mentally. Each session is one hour in duration and limited to a max of 10 participants for small group training.
